Mettler Toledo Hi-Speed Checkmate and Micromate brand Checkweigher controllers have provided reliable operation to thousands of users for over 25 years.  In 2006, Hi-Speed discontinued manufacturing their Micromate controllers and in 2007, they discontinued manufacturing their Checkmate controllers.  It is critical that our customer's begin to develop a strategy to ensure that their installed Checkmate/Micromate checkweighers or case scales have a migration path to more modern technology to ensure peak performance without unplanned downtime.

In order to help our customers transition to more modern technology, Mettler Toledo Hi-Speed has developed preconfigured upgrade packages to migrate existing Checkmate and Micromate controllers to their latest generation of award winning XE & XS Checkweigher controllers.  These packages enable the continued use of the existing electro-mechanical conveyors, scale and reject mechanisms to minimize upgrade and installation costs along with production down-time.

The new XE and XS Upgrade Packages are able to meet the demands of today's production environment along with the packaging handling issues that have arisen from newly introduced styles of packaging.  New capabilities or options in these controllers include:
