Seton Health Alliance/Aetna Whole Health Notice
Dear Patients with Seton Only Benefits,

We are writing to inform you that we have received notification from Seton Health Alliance/Aetna Whole Health that our request to participate in their network in 2017 has been declined. Seton Health Alliance/Aetna Whole Health stated that our request was declined because of a "lack of network need". In consideration of their decision we will no longer provide services at Seton Southwest Hospital effective February 6, 2017 and will also resign our contract with Seton Health Plan for Seton Employees.

We value our relationship with you and would like to continue to meet your gynecology needs. If you would like to voice your concerns we recommend speaking with your human resources department, Aetna, or Seton Health Alliance. I am sorry that I am unable to provide a specific person for you to contact.

We have established excellent visit fees for you, our established patients. We would love to continue to see you for your annual and routine care! Please note that Seton Health Alliance/Aetna Whole Health has advised that you may do so, but our office visit charges would be treated as out of network. The out of network fee for a routine annual, problem and MA visit are listed below. For services other than basic labs provided in the clinic, you would be referred to in network lab, radiology and surgery providers if needed.

We regret any confusion that this process has caused. Feel free to email our practice administrator, Dena Merrill at d.merrill@ahcobgyn.com with any questions.

Thank you for the trust you have placed in us. We wish you continued health and hope to see you soon!

Warm Regards,

The Physicians and Staff of Hill Country Ob/Gyn
