SPRING CULINARY EXPERIENCE
Saturday, June 9th
|Greetings! |On Saturday, June 9th we are very excited to be partnering with Sledding Hill Farm and Annapolis Highland Vineyards, from Bear River, NS, along with Chef Paula Buxton, owner of Leo's Cafe in Annapolis Royal, to present a culinary experience unlike any you have likely encountered before.
The dinner will incorporate a number of the products that are being produced by Sledding Hill Farm. Most notable is the use of lavender in a number of their products, including sugar, simple syrup, jelly, etc.
Chef Paula Buxton has crafted a menu that will feature and highlight a number of these products.
We have also worked with Karen and Brendan from Annapolis Highland Vineyards to select wines that they feel will pair well with each course of the menu.
There are a very limited number of seats available for this special dinner, so call quickly if you don't want to miss out.
