National Restoration out of Milford, MI was onsite today to establish a plan for the repairs of the 1904 building. They hope to begin work on the exterior of the building the week of May 21st.
They will begin by removing the limestone in a key area(s) to assess if the damage is due to anything more than water infiltration.
Our fingers are crossed that these repairs can be made without having to dig around the foundation of the 1904 structure.
