While You Were in Big Church...
Surge (4th, 5th, 6th Grade)

This Easter we explored the story of Jesus' Resurrection through the story of two disciples on the road to Emmaus. This unique account walked us through the unbelief of two followers of Jesus as they encounter HIM on the road!
Safari 2-3 (2nd & 3rd Grade)

We went on a "tour" of Jesus' last week on Earth leading up to his death and resurrections. Kids joined in shouting "hosanna" as Jesus entered Jerusalem. They tasted crackers and juice as part of the Last Supper. They prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane. We remembered Jesus' death for us at the cross and finally heard the angel proclaim "He is risen!" at the empty tomb.

3 Years & Pre-Kindergarten

God loves us so much that He sent His son, Jesus, to die for our bad choices. He took all the punishments for us. After Jesus was dead for 3 days, He came back to life. Now we can be close to God, because we are forever forgiven.
