Greetings!
We spent a wonderful hour this morning with Dr. Jack Kruse which proved to be not nearly long enough. He starts off telling us of his personal journey optimizing his health by losing 157 pounds by following a paleo style diet and cold thermogenesis. And just we thought we understood the recipe for good health, Dr. Kruse throws some pretty delicious spices into our soup.
This interview focuses on Leptin, the master hormone in the body which he tells us ties everything together and is the rosetta stone in epigenetics. You'll hear him talk about diet, which is only part of the equation, and how it changes patterns in our DNA. And how our controlled artificial environments and all of our fun technology is impacting our health. This is an excellent show!
