According to a recent BIA/Kelsey report, 97% of consumers now look for local businesses online, using search engines like Google and Yahoo!, and consulting with their peers on social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter to find the services they're looking for. What this means for your home performance business is that the yellow pages no longer cut it (if they ever did). This is not a bad thing. You just need to learn the basics of the free tools that are now at your disposal to draw leads and increase your business.
