Home Upgrade Aligned Across LA County
On January 1, 2017, the following changes went live for The Energy Network Home Upgrade programAt this time, both The Energy Network and SoCalGas-Only programs are aligned within Los Angeles County. 

The existing  Home Upgrade Calculator can continue to be used for The Energy Network Home Upgrade program.

Upgrade Coupons is Ending
The   Upgrade Coupons program for qualifying Advanced Home Upgrade projects is ending. Customers will no longer receive $200 in addition to the rebate and incentive from SCE and/or SoCalGas┬«. 

If your customers have an Upgrade Coupon that expires in 2017, they will be able to redeem it by the expiration date. The final date to redeem Upgrade Coupons is Wednesday, March 15, 2017.

Energy Upgrade California┬« Home Upgrade provides assistance and incentives for home improvement projects that can reduce energy use and make homes more comfortable. This statewide program is managed locally by utilities and regional energy networks and directed by the California Public Utilities Commission in collaboration with the California Energy Commission. Funding comes from utility customers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission. Incentives are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are effective until funding is expended or the program is discontinued.
