Cathy and Steve Smith, owners of HopeNet continued to work with the Department of Justice (DOJ) to stay open after servicing medical patients for 9 years in San Francisco. Unfortunately, the DOJ is forcing us to close down by July 31st, 2012 in our current location at 223 9th Street. We encourage you to come visit us before we close and go full time delivery!

However, our patients overwhelming support has inspired us to continue looking for another location and continue our services to the community. Until we find a permanent and safe location for our patients, we will be running a full-time delivery service to keep up with your medicinal needs.

It won't be easy though; many other dispensaries are looking for a new location, and more landlords and their real estate agents are being cautious of doing business with collectives.  Even after nine years of service in San Francisco, we have a hard time getting our foot in the door!

HopeNet Co-Op is transitioning into a Premiere Medical Cannabis Delivery Service on August 1st! HopeNet will be open 7 days a week from 10am-7pm! 

We will be using our existing number at (415) 863 - 4399 and communicating with our patients through various social media outlets and our website: http://www.hopenetcompassion.org  

We aim to continue building relationships with our patients and understanding their symptoms to make the appropriate recommendations for Medical Cannabis consumption.
