This month we are kicking off the New Year right and on a healthy path!  Visit us tonight and every Tuesday for your Organic produce and health based product needs.

Each week in the month of January our vendors will be offering a different demonstration or workshop focused on Detox for 2014!

Local Produce! Farm Fresh & Organic.
Geraldson Community Farm

As our primary organic farm for this market they are committed to bringing a variety of fresh vegetables, herbs and fruits picked from their harvest on Tuesdays. 

*Geraldson Community Farm is a CSA; Community Supported Agriculture farm.  They are now accepting new memberships for customers who want to purchase a share of organic vegetables for the growing season, Now - May.  Members have a choice to receive a share weekly (full share) or bi-weekly (half share).

Baby Bird's Jams and Preserves is a local urban canning company owned and operated by St. Petersburg native, Illene Sofranko.  She will be joining us at the Twilight Market tonight to offer a quick canning
demonstration where you will learn to make a simple Blueberry Jam recipe and have the opportunity of taking a small jam home with you! (limited quantities available). 


About Illene:

She has been canning for years! She was taught by her great Uncle who grew up on a farm in the mountains of west Virginia where canning was practical and necessary for survival during the long winter months. In modern times she does not can for the same reasons as her Uncle & family did years ago, but she has kept with his traditional methods and continues canning because it helps support local agriculture, promotes sustainable food, helps avoid damaging natural resources and allows you to know exactly what's in that jar!

Also joining us each week is


Joes's Oats Patties is a local family owned and operated business from Apopka, FL.  They make a variety of Vegan and Gluten Free Oat Burger Mixes that are all natural and organic and made with non GMO ingredients!  Tonight is their first night with us!

A choice of either Smoked Ital flavor or New Orleans Smokin' Hot flavor served with on a Millet Bun with Grilled Veggies.

Made with Royal Quinoa, Saut�ed Onion, Zucchini, Tomato and Bell Pepper.

 

INfused Water

Filtered Water infused with Lemongrass, Mint and Citrus served Hot or Chilled.
