HOTEL BUSINESS® Roundtable Examines Management Companies
ORLANDO-The first in HOTEL BUSINESS'® 2012 National Roundtable Series cast a spotlight on owners and developers' changing expectations of management companies and, in turn, what management companies are doing in the face of these greater demands.
The Roundtable, which was hosted by Hilton Worldwide's DoubleTree by Hilton brand brought 13 senior management company executives together at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld for an in-depth discussion of Managing Expectations: From Construction to Conversion.
The focus today has really become creating real estate value for owners, using management as a key ingredient, according to Edward Rohling, chief business development officer for Pillar Hotels & Resorts and one of the 13 management company executives who participated in the event.
