OMAHA, NE-The Hilton Omaha here has completed a $37 million renovation and expansion project.

The property has expanded its number of guestrooms from 450 to 600 in an effort to accommodate larger groups. As part of the project all existing guestrooms have been renovated to offer high-speed wireless Internet access and new furnishings with a design scheme that reflects the culture of Omaha.

The new 7,000-sq.-ft. Blackstone ballroom is another new addition at the hotel. It includes 3,500 sq. ft. of pre-function space and the main ballroom features 20-ft. ceilings with glass pendant chandeliers, new artwork and extensive use of natural light. The Hilton Omaha's lobby has also been revamped to showcase a more modern decor and its health club and spa have been upgraded as well to feature new equipment and a saltwater pool.
