Greetings!

EMAILS
Email back ups  Scam
One of the questions we are often asked is about email back ups. For this we recommend Gmail.

Using Gmail to interrogate your POP3 email accounts is very straightforward and a good way of storing emails online. The use of Gmail is far better than relying on Webmail, which should not be used as the only means of accessing business emails - it too is only meant as a back up service.

You get so much storage on Gmail that you rarely need delete anything and don't run the risk of full inboxes. Their spam filtering is also really good and it makes it easy to access and send mail from a mobile. If you want more information, send an email to us on support@hotscot.net

Well, that's all for this newsletter.
