A large yard, vegetable, herb and flower gardens, medicine wheel, and a gazebo makes this fantastic ranch gorgeous in all seasons. The house sits on the highest point in Hartford County and offers long views to the North and the East.
The large field next to the house has nearly a nearly 360 degree vista, and is a bird lovers paradise and an herbalists' dream come true.
Current housemates enjoy a peaceful and respectful living environment with an appreciation for a conscious, fun, and healthful lifestyle. The possibility of practicing out of the home exists If you are a healing arts practitioner, please ask. Lease begins on March 1st and will last 1 year. Rent is $600+utilities. If you are interested in a shorter lease or a month to month agreement, that can be arranged with an increased monthly rent.
