A Week in Review ~ July 13, 2018
“Walk in God’s ways,
with the Gospels as our guide.”
July 11, 2018 marked the feast day of St. Benedict. Here is a quick prayer to get you through the day:

God our Father,
you made St. Benedict
an outstanding guide to
teach men how to live
in Your service.

Grant that by
preferring Your love to
everything else, we may
walk in the way of Your commandments.

Through Christ our
Lord. Amen.

Distance Doesn't Stop This Sophomore
Sophomore student, Ivan Shuran travels from Medina to Cleveland every day to attend Benedictine High School. This summer he's traveled to Cambridge, Massachusetts to attend an Ambassador Leadership Summit at Harvard University.

Here are a few words from Ivan: "I grew as a leader at this summit. I learned many leadership skills that I had to implement to create a project. My project's goal was to fight against hunger and homelessness. We also toured Boston and Harvard University and learned about the college admissions process."

Behold St. Christopher (patron saint of travelers) and go your way in safety.
