How are we going to do it?
This month, you'll get lots of answers, starting this weekend. Here's one answer now: We're going to do it with you.
For several months the staff,
Church Leadership Team, ministry interns and Leadership Development Team have been viewing, reviewing, evaluating and closely examining how EGBC does God's work and uses His resources. Many of the results are behind the scenes -- more focused meetings, clearer organizational structures and procedures, standardized leader expectations, increased ministry and leader training.
The most significant element that affects you is more coordinated event planning. We're making a concentrated effort to remind ministry leaders that each program is designed to reach new people with the Gospel of Christ and for those who already walk with Him to be drawn closer.
Some of those events are this weekend. We remind you of them below with
links to our Facebook page, website, or other EGBC information pages. In coming months, we'll use our slightly increased advertising budget to place strategic notices about EGBC and EGBC activities. However, as you no doubt know, the best advertising is word of mouth.
So as you look at the information, we urg you to ponder these ideas:

- What brings you back each week?
- Why would you encourage a friend to come with you: Pastor Curt's messages, Andre's music, solid Bible teaching? Other?
