"Many marriages would be better if the husband and the wife clearly understood that they are on the same side." - Zig Ziglar

Highlights from Radio Podcast:

Dana and Don talk about how to maintain the connection in your relationship, even with children.   The children can very easily damage the relationship and head you down the path of divorce.  You need to take action to keep the relationship alive in the marriage.  Every missed opportunity creates distance and with distance grows a wider gap.

Missed opportunities to share and create a deeper bond, knowing what each other needs and be willing to meet them is the key to a happy life together.

Special Message to Men: if you want to have time with your wife and she complains she is tired, then when you come home, take over, tell her to go take a bubble bath, and you will take care of the house, dinner and kids, get them to bed. If your wife hasn't fallen asleep in the tub, she's mostly relaxed and grateful. It's a pretty simple solution.

Special Message to Women:  If you want to have time with your husband and he is exhausted from work, then help him relax when he gets home and don't immediately hand over the kids to him.  Set up a date nights, or ask him to come home early from work on occasion.
