HISTORIC MOFFAT LIBRARY BUILDING IN THE NEWS WITH HUDSON VALLEY NEWS NETWORK
The historic Moffat Library was recently featured by Hudson Valley News Network, a local online news network.

The HVNN video retells the story of the  library's flooding by Hurricane Irene and the subsequent building referendum vote to gain the funds to "renew, restore and reimage" the historic structure into a 21st Century Library for the whole community!

Priceless footage of work on the roof is included.
We're Easing into Our Summer Reading Program with a Picture Book Tournament!
This summer we're having a "Tournament of Books."  Each week there will be a new pair of picture books to decide between. By the end of the summer we'll put winning picture books against other winners to vote on our top selection!

Last weeks choices were Go Away Big Green Monster and Chicka Chicka Boom Boom.  Chicka Chicka Boom Boom won!  This week it's between Bark George by Jules Feiffer, and The Princess & the Pony by Kate Beaton.   Which will it be?

Stop into vote for your favorites.  Many classics included!
