Human Capital Consultants (HCC) is pleased to announce that Johns Hopkins University (JHU) has selected Tiffany Fuller, JD, for this newly created position as Head of Employee and Labor Relations.
As the newest member of JHU's Office of Human Resources Leadership Team, Tiffany will be responsible for facilitating the strategic and operational leadership of the employee and labor relations practice within Human Resources. She will provide strategic HR leadership and support to the HR teams and HR business partners across the university. This includes oversight of policy development, implementation of strategic HR initiatives, and measurement of HR effectiveness for 16,000 employees.

Tiffany will significantly affect and advance employee and labor policy and process within JHU.
