Be Aware of Claims Filing Misinformation

Due to high call volumes, phones are overloaded. It is recommended you file claims directly with your insurance carriers using the phone number provided on your insurance policies. Please do not rush. Take care of your families and your needs first. The TWIA Mobile Claims Center will be located at 1102 E. Laurel St. (Across from Wells Fargo at GSM Insurors)

Press Release:
The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) will deploy a Mobile Claims Center, a portable office for providing claims services, to 1102 East Laurel Street Rockport, TX 78382.  We expect the Mobile claims center to be open for business sometime Wednesday morning August 30th. 

TWIA staff will be onsite at the unit to provide policyholder assistance with claim filing, claim status information, and advanced payments. 

Other entities, such as the Red Cross, TWIA insurance agency personnel, local, county, or state emergency management resources, may also be stationed at the unit to provide disaster recovery assistance for coastal residents.

TWIA policyholders that sustain windstorm damage can also file claims by:
