Important Reporting Information and Funding Sources

Commercial and Residents
All local damage assessments should be reported to Volusia County Citizens Information hotline at 1-866-345-0345.  They will only need general information at this number so that the property appraisers office can be informed and information can be submitted to activate funding and resources.  Please indicate during your call if this is damage to a business and/or residence, so they can properly track your call.
