17-year-old Wins New Ford Mustang
When Robert Watson at Watson Quality Ford agreed to help sponsor a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament for "In His Steps Ministries" he saw it as an opportunity to support a great cause. As it turns out, the Jackson dealership was part of an event that will never be forgotten by J'Sean Pittman and the crowd of spectators that witnessed the young man winning a new car.

J'Sean is a 17-year-old student at Madison Central High School, and now the proud owner of a new Ford Mustang. Although J'Sean plays basketball, to win the car he had to make a layup, free-throw, three-pointer, and a shot from half court within 30 seconds. Even for an accomplished basketball player this would be classified as an extremely difficult challenge.

For J'Sean, he is fortunate to have a laid-back personality so he really was focused more on making shots than trying to win a new car. "When the shot from half court left my hand, I knew it had a chance because it was online", said J'Sean. Watching the ball go through the basket and the eruption from the standing room only crowd was surreal for the high school senior. After the ceremonial key presentation J'Sean's next action was to call his mother.

J'Sean called and told me"I just won a car", said Sonya Pittman. "It was unbelievable" said the mother of four children. "We have never won anything; much less a new car". After hearing a brief explanation Sonya rushed to the gym see the new Ford Mustang made possible by the generosity of Watson Quality Ford.
