A Request for Prayer

"He, Who answers the distressed one when he calls upon Him and removes the evil"

     The Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Shaykh Ishaq al-Fayyadh (may God protect him), is currently going through a medical condition which has led him to move to London, Britain. At the present time, he is undergoing the necessary examinations under the supervision of an expert medical team.   

     We hope that the Almighty God bestows the best of health and wellbeing upon His Eminence, such that he may return to the proximity of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) safely and gainfully. May God prolong the blessed life of His Eminence and not deny the Islamic Seminaries and religious scholars of his blessed contributions.

We ask all believers to pray  and supplicate to God Almighty for the health and wellbeing of His Eminence.  

Condolences   

     The Supreme Religious Authority of Muslims Worldwide, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali al-Husaini al-Sistani (may God protect him), visited the Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Saeed al-Hakeem (may God protect him), at his home in the Holy City of Najaf.  

     Sayyid al-Sistani offered his condolences for the passing of Sayyid al-Hakeem's father - the saintly scholar, His Eminence Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Ali al-Hakeem. The late Sayyid Muhammad Ali al-Hakeem passed away last Friday, at over one hundred years of age. He spent his life in the service of Islam and the Islamic Seminaries; he trained scholars and jurists; and was always concerned with affairs related to the faithful.
