Like the Marines, I am looking for a few good men or women to work with our team, but not just any good man or woman. You see, I have three specific opportunities that for the right individual could be very big, fun and profitable. And I think you might know that person; it might even be you.
To be more specific, in order to really succeed in these opportunities, the people I have in mind need to have the following characteristics:
- They are self-starters.
- They must pass your Buffet Test---meaning that you like, trust and respect them, because if you don't, it's likely I won't either.
- They are successful in what they are currently doing, but maybe they're a bit tired of doing it.
- Though they need not be over 50, I actually prefer that, because, unlike with some industries, I value the experience and wisdom that come with age.
- Most of our partners are, or were, highly successful in other fields before working with us.
- They are good at building longstanding business and personal relationships.
- They are interested in work in which there is no ceiling on earnings, but they accept that there is no pay without results.
- They might like to do this work with me and my team on a part-time or full- time basis.
- They would like to finish on top!
