Daily Inspiration from the Eternal City: The Christopher H. Browne Rome Drawing Tour
The 2017 Christopher H. Browne Rome Drawing Tour ran from June 4th through June 10th and gave participants the opportunity to study the architecture, urbanism, and landscapes of Rome through observational drawing and watercolor. 

The tour was led by Ben Bolgar, Senior Director at the Prince’s Foundation – London; Richard Piccolo, acclaimed painter and educator; and Thomas Rajkovich, preeminent classical architect and urbanist. Daily blog posts were provided courtesy of tour participants.

Christopher H. Browne Paris Drawing Tour & Scholarships,  October 7-14

The ICAA is pleased to announce the 2017 Christopher H. Browne Paris Drawing Tour. Using various media, including pencils, ink, and watercolor, students will represent iconic architecture, gardens, sculptures, and objets d’art throughout the city of Paris and its surroundings. Scholarship applications are due August 5th, 2017. 

Due to unprecedented demand for the 2017 Winter Professional Intensive, the ICAA Southern California Chapter, in collaboration with the ICAA national office, is now hosting an additional Intensive program this Fall. Thank you to the ICAA Southern California Chapter for their generous support of this program.

Breakfast & Books Discussion with Frank de Biasi
On Wednesday, May 31st, the ICAA, in collaboration with Rizzoli Bookstore, hosted renowned interior designer Frank de Biasi of Frank de Biasi Interiors, LLC, as a part of the ICAA's ongoing Breakfast & Books Series.

In his talk, Frank de Biasi discussed  The Caliph’s House: A Year in Casablanca by Tahir Shah,  a book that influenced his own life and work. The ICAA filmed the presentation in its entirety, and it is now available to view online.
