2018 Summer Studio in Classical Architecture
The ICAA’s 2018 Summer Studio in Classical Architecture program is in full swing, as students from across the country spend four weeks in New York City and the surrounding region exploring the ideas, methods, and issues related to classical architectural design. You can read daily updates from our students as they develop their skills and work towards their final projects.

A Conversation with the 2018 Arthur Ross Award Winners
The ICAA was pleased to host several 2018 Arthur Ross Award Winners earlier this year for a series of lectures and a panel discussion. Winners gave speeches about their work before participating in a moderated panel discussion about the impact of classicism on their work. These talks are now available online and can be viewed in full.

Christopher H. Browne Rome Drawing Tour
Earlier this month, the Christopher H. Browne Rome Drawing Tour gave participants the opportunity to study the architecture, urbanism, and landscapes of Rome through observational drawing and watercolor. You can read more about the tour and see photos from participants on classicist.org.

Christopher H. Browne Paris Drawing Tour
October 6-13, 2018
Join the ICAA for the 2018 Christopher H. Browne Paris Drawing Tour (October 6-13), an immersive program for architectural and design practitioners, as well as art and travel enthusiasts of all backgrounds. Using various media, including pencil, ink, and watercolor, students will depict iconic buildings and subjects, from the Domaine de Versailles to the Fondation de Coubertin, and more. Scholarships are also available.
