From the ICF-NJ President

Dear Coaches,

You may recall from our January newsletter that we spotlighted our ICF-NJ goals for 2016.

Specifically, we want to:

You may be saying to yourself that these are some fairly sizable goals! However, we need to make them happen if we're going to take our Chapter from "Good to Great."

Now, I may be new to my role as President, however, I am not new to ICF. I've been a member for 20 years. I served on the ICF-NJ Board in the late 90s, and co-founded and chaired the Internal Coaching Committee (now the Internal Coaching Community Practice). I've also served as a Prism Award evaluator twice.

Based on my experience and what I know about our coach community here in New Jersey, I truly believe that achieving our goals is possible!

To do that, your Board of Directors wants to be certain that we are aligned with your needs, and therefore, we need your help. Specifically, we need to know what you think, and in order to do so, we ask that you take a few minutes to complete our 2016 ICF-NJ Member Survey.
