With 2011 almost behind us we can now begin to reflect on what has been yet another year of success for ICPA. Our Association continues to grow, as does our influence, and as we expand more and more ICPA reaches out further into the global correctional community, bringing together the expertise and best practices of many worldwide jurisdictions, forging partnerships and creating friendships, and providing a network to create business opportunities and for the sharing of knowledge.
This year ICPA hosted its annual conference in Singapore - and for the first time any of our members can now watch the live recordings of the sessions; our hope, is that many of our members who could unfortunately not attend, or even those who perhaps would never have the opportunity, can now benefit from the knowledge and experiences imparted by recognised experts within the correctional sphere.
Our team has also expanded, and over the coming months you will have the opportunity to be introduced to our new colleagues supporting the Association from the Netherlands and from Belgium. Our Regional Chapters, ICPA-Latin America and ICPA-North America are also beginning to take form and will continue to develop through the efforts of our regional-based teams.
We now look forward to 2012, with the certainty that ICPA will go strength to strength under the leadership and guidance of our new President, Peter van der Sande. Next year's conference, 'Different Paths, One Vision', will be held in Mexico and with a team like ours, and the ever-present support from our members, there is no doubt that it will be another success for ICPA.

 Live Recordings and Presentations Online
You'll know that this year ICPA and Polycom worked together to record over 40 hours of live conference footage so that we could share the experience to all of our members.
