Today we cover the news published in The Australian that three occupations will be coming back on the SOL.

There will be many happy new Chef's applying for PR soon.

An article in The Australian today reports that Chef's, Bricklayer's and Tiler's will be placed on the Skilled Occupation List from the 1st of July.

While an official announcement by the DIBP or the Australian Workforce and Productivity Agency seems yet to be made, no doubt confirmation of this information will surface next week.

As we discussed in Volume 288, those of you studying Accounting, IT or Engineering have little to worry about that your occupation will be removed from the SOL despite all the rumors floating around out there.

We will keep you posted regarding any new information about the SOL.
