SCRIP INVENTORY COUNT

As part of the audit process to close out the 2014-2015 fiscal year, we need to gather an accurate count of our Scrip inventory as of midnight on June 30.

We will end all Scrip sales at the Close of Business (COB) on Tuesday, June 30. We will not be able to sell Scrip until we have the end-of-the-year inventory complete.

To facilitate this process, we need to do the following:

1. Schools/offices will stop selling Scrip at 12 p.m. (NOON) on Tuesday, June 30.

2. Security Financial Bank will continue to sell Scrip through Close of Business (COB) on Tuesday, June 30. After that, sales will be suspended.

Again, once our inventory is complete, Scrip sales will resume. We will communicate when that process has been finished.
