IN THE NEXT 12 DAYS, book 12 trunk shows for the Fall season from September 12th - December 12th (those already on the books count!)  Your Sparklettes Star Stylists, Associate Directors, and myself will be rewarding you for your efforts!!!

If you have 12 trunk shows on your Trunk Show Pipeline (booked in the system) from 9/12---12/12 by September 15 11:59pm PDT your name will be entered into a drawing for 3 shopping sprees! The drawing will be done on September 16th.

Now, to actually receive your gift cards you'll have to have completed 12 QUALIFIED TRUNK SHOWS between September 12 and December 12.  (A qualified show has 4+ orders and is at least $300 in total sales.)   So, a smart cookie who gets entered into the drawing and doesn't win will still make sure she completes all her 12+ shows, just in case one of our 3 Queens of Booking is unable to fulfill her duties.  :-)  Because if that happens, I will choose a new winner from the original gals entered in the drawing!

Can you do it? Of course you can!!  Here are a few tips to get you started...

• Get your calendar out and mark all of the dates you are available for trunk shows this fall and start reaching out to all of those that said no to a summer show because they wanted to wait until fall. Say "I just started working on my fall calendar and you were one of the first to say you wanted a fall show, so I thought I would let you be one of the first to pick a date!" Give her a couple of options to start with.
• Reach out to all that cancelled or postponed in the summer.  Tell them you think it actually worked out better that way because they are going to love this new collection even more than the last, and they are going to WANT the hostess exclusives! 
• Warm up your "who do you know" list using recent press and current specials!
• Hold your own booking blitz to follow up! 
• Are you getting no's yet?  That's ok...don't take this too seriously and celebrate them! 

              10 no's, go get yourself a latte!

              20 no's, go for a pedicure!

              40 no's, you need a massage!

• Go out wearing your statement jewelry and a gorgeous bag and prepare yourself with your 30 second commercial if someone compliments you.  Hand them a mini-lookbook and offer to mail them the full lookbook.  Put post-it notes on your minis so you can collect their contact info.   I get it all----address, email, and phone number.  This way you will have contact information to follow up!  Want to get an email address?  Ask them for it and tell them you will add them to your list for sales and specials.

• Put the trunk show in system ASAP once booked! Send out a Save the Date email, use the online invite system for the Save the Date (or PaperlessPost), create FB event (if they are a big FB person), and order and send printed postcard invites from www.stelladot.com/printshop or mini Look Book invitations with your own printed notecards.   
• UBER Hostess Coach to keep the trunk show solidified!  Have in-person or over the phone conversations to get her creating a big invitation list, thinking outside the box on who to invite, etc.  Text more pics as they are released... send a fun Red Stamp to invite more people, check in with a phone call and share the excitement using the Words to Say, etc.

• Have a goal of booking at least 1 show at every show! We have a new Fall collection with gorgeous jewelry, bags, wallets, scarves, and a new Girls' collection that your customers haven't seen yet. If your Hostesses were EVER going to do a show, now's the time and she'll earn TONS in Style Rewards AND have access to our NEW Hostess Exclusive Boutique!   SOOOOO If you front load your booking and have 4 shows between September 12 to October 12, and you consistently work on booking by phone each week plus book at least 1 show from each of those shows, you'll likely have 16+ shows on the books during the contest period and that will be exactly what you want to do.   Because padding ensures success in case you have small shows that don't qualify or you get cancellations.
