EPA's Recent RCRA Rules: New Definition of Solid Waste and Subtitle D Coal Ash Disposal
Co-Hosted with the Indianapolis Bar Association
Two for one deal: Learn about two recent EPA final rules in one program! In the last six months, two final rules concerning solid waste regulations have been issued, and this is your chance to catch up on both in a joint event with the Indianapolis Bar Association.

This seminar will cover the Final Rule on Coal Combustion Residuals (often referred to as "coal ash") from December 19, 2014, and the Final Rule on the Definition of Solid Waste from January 13, 2015.

Combined, the speakers have over 75 years of experience in the field and will offer a wide range of perspectives on waste regulations. If you work with or assist clients with waste regulations, then this program will provide you with updates on evaluating disposal, reuse and recycling considerations.

Immediately following the seminar, head downstairs for the social! This is your chance to get to know the speakers better and network with fellow attendees. IndyBar or A&WMA Indiana Chapter members pay $10 to attend (non-member price is $20). Registration includes two drinks.
