Important Changes in the U.S. EPA's Clean Air Act Guidance Documents
At the federal level, the current administration has brought many changes to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), including changes in air regulatory policy. Some of these changes are significant, and both state agencies and the regulated community are busy figuring out whether the changes impact them, how so and how best to implement them. If you have found yourself scratching your head about whether a recent EPA policy memo might apply to your company or its air permit, or how to even figure that out, our panel discussion might be a good place to start!

At this program, our panelists will discuss various recent EPA memoranda and what they mean for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) and the regulated community. With speakers from IDEM, Eli Lilly, KERAMIDA  and Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, our panel is bound to offer some great insights into how others are applying these changes to their air permits. Sign up and bring your questions!

Panelists:
Matthew Stuckey, Indiana Department of Environmental Management

Edward "Skipp" Kropp, Steptoe & Johnson PLLC
