Faculty Startup Milestones

 
4C Insights, an NU Startup based on Prof. Alok Choudhary's (McC) technology, launched a new media advertising planning platform.  They forged a new partnership with FourthWall to combine TV data and social media insights to deliver improved tv advertising.  

Ohmx, an NU startup based on Prof. Tom Meade's (Weinberg) technologies, provides point-of-care diagnostics for proteins, small molecules and DNA.  It received a $1.5M SBIR 2-year grant from the NCI.
 

iNfinitesimal, an NU startup based upon nanotechnology tools developed by Prof. Horacio Espinosa (McC).  It received a $1M NIH SBIR Phase II grant.

 

 
Naurex , an NU startup based on Prof. Joseph Moskal 's CNS drug discovery platform, has successfully completed Phase 2b studies on GLYX-13 and Phase 2 studies on NRX-1074 showing significant improvement in depression symptoms within 24 hours.

NEW INVO INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:  INVO PRACTICUM
INVO has created a new part-time 6 month internship open to students and post-docs who are interested in gaining experience in technology evaluation.  The Practicum requires the approval of the PI (if applicable) and a commitment of 10 hours per week over a 6 month period.  This program will officially begin in June.  Applications will be available online in mid-March.  Visit INVO's website for more information.
