IRVINE POLICE DEPARTMENT HONORED WITH SPIRIT OF COMMUNITY AWARD 
On June 1, Irvine Public Schools Foundation, in partnership with Irvine Unified Council PTA hosted the annual Spirit of Community luncheon to honor the work and dedication of our incredible volunteers. The luncheon was held at Strawberry Farms Golf Club and attended by more than 150 volunteers and community leaders.
At the event, we proudly honored the Irvine Police Department with the 2017 IPSF Spirit of Community Award for their many years of supporting IPSF, and their collaboration with IUSD in providing outstanding service to ensure the safety of Irvine students and the entire community.

We would also like to thank all the volunteers in our community who have given their time during the past school year in support of a world class education in Irvine. You make a significant impact in our community!
A HOLE IN ONE FOR EDUCATION   
On June 5, IPSF hosted 110 golfers at our 2017 Tee It Up for Education Golf Tournament at Strawberry Farms Golf Course. Civic, business and education leaders throughout Orange County came together to golf and help IPSF raise over $90,000 to support public education initiatives in Irvine!

IPSF SPECIALTY CAMPS   
Our specialty camps give young learners the opportunity to explore interests in a flexible, 1-week camp format. Students can sample a variety of future career possibilities including baking up success in Pastry Pro, creating magic in Movie Makers, designing and creating their own apparel in Screen Printing, or exploring the world of 3D Game Development & VR.

Unleash your child's inner innovator with Camp Galileo presented by IPSF! Week-long camps for Grades Pre-K-8 provide students with a daily mix of art, science and outdoor activities, perfect for their age group. Students will learn game-changing lessons, like the innovator's mindset, the power of collaboration, and how to embrace rather than fear mistakes.

TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS 2017-2018 
Each year, IPSF hosts the Irvine Youth Sports Tournament of Champions, which encompasses the annual Harvest Cup, Hoops Classic, and Winter Bowl. The purpose of these tournaments is to promote school spirit and unite the community through district-wide sports tournaments for elementary and middle school students. The 2017-2018 Tournament of Champions dates include:
  • Harvest Cup Soccer Tournament: October 20-22
  • Winter Bowl Flag Football Tournament:  January 27
  • Hoops Classic Basketball Tournament: March 9-11
