SCHOLARSHIP FOR THE ARTS DEADLINE SEPT. 30
|
The deadline for IPSF Scholarship for the Arts in Honor of Will Ferrell is fast approaching. If you are a student with a passion for the Arts and have that certain spark embodied by Will Ferrell, IUSD alumnus and internationally-acclaimed thespian, we want to hear from you! This $10,000 scholarship will be awarded to a qualified IUSD high school student graduating in June 2017 and planning to pursue post-secondary education.
The goal for the scholarship is to inspire developing talent who stand out to teachers and peers for their originality, but may otherwise go unnoticed - the student with the witty way of viewing life, who is a creative spirit and a well-rounded student. The young artist who sees the beauty in struggle, or the one who perseveres despite setbacks. We are accepting applications now through
September 30, with the scholarship presentation taking place at the Spirit of Excellence Gala in October.
