Make a New Year's Resolution to Update Your IVMA Member Profile!
Help us serve you better in 2018!

The IVMA staff frequently refers to IVMA Member Profiles to bring customized information to certain groups of veterinarians.  If your Member Profile isn't current, you may be missing out on timely information relevant to your practice type. We also get requests from the public for veterinarians who treat certain animals.

Please make sure the information in your Member Profile is current!

It's easy!

Go to www.iowavma.org and log in to update your profile.
Please pay special attention to:
  • Areas of Special Interest
  • Species in Your Practice
  • Any changes to phone, address or email.

If you need help logging in or updating your profile, give us a call at 800-369-9564. We're here to help!

Thank you for helping us serve you better!

The AVMA Council on Education (COE) Selection Committee is seeking interested and qualified veterinarians to serve on the Council.

The AVMA Council on Education is recognized as the accrediting body for schools that offer the professional DVM degree, or its equivalent in the US and Canada; the COE also accredits other foreign programs. The Council encourages and assists colleges of veterinary medicine in meeting the requirements for accreditation, thus maintaining and advancing veterinary education, the basis for our profession.

The COE Selection Committee is charged with appointing the non-academic members of the Council (the academic members are selected by the American Association of Veterinary Medical Colleges). The committee will be filling the following positions in the spring 2018:
* Private Clinical Practice
* Private Food Animal Clinical Practice
* Member-at-Large
