Work Life Balance + Wellness
Tuesday, September 20, 2016
4:00 - 6:00pm
Women everywhere can relate to the need to find a balance as we try to do so much for work and our families. Balance is different for everyone and we often leave out one critical component when we approach this topic - our wellness. During this happy hour we will hear from a wellness expert and have candid conversations with each other - what works, what doesn't - taking this a step further to talk about balance holistically.
We are always looking to engage with passionate and motivated individuals who, like us, want to give back to our communities. Here are ways to get involved:
Volunteer at a conference
Serve on a committee
Contribute to our blog
Host a women's event at your organization
If one of these opportunities speaks to you, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
