Our theme for December is Reflect!  It's important to look back on the year and reflect on our accomplishments, lessons learned, and how we have inspired others to make an impact. When we reflect on our lives, we are choosing to invest in ourselves. It allows us to understand who we are and who we want to become. The year has been filled with personal and professional challenges, opportunities, and lessons that have developed our character and prepared us for what's next. Take a moment to write down  one lesson learned from each area of your life. We are excited to hear about the legacy you have built this year!

Wishing you a wonderful holiday season from the IWL Family!

Thanks for the best year yet, and get ready to make an even bigger impact in 2018.
