Our theme for January is  Your Word!  The new year provides a new opportunity to reflect and focus on you and your growth journey. One way of doing that is to pick "your word" for the year, one word that inspires you and guides how you want to live your life in 2018. It's a word that has special meaning to you and provides clarity on what you are trying to accomplish. Some ideas could be: discipline, compassion, patience, forgiveness, joy, or bravery. Let your word come to you. Repeat your word regularly. Make it visible in your life. Let your word direct your mindset and actions to move you forward, making the most of your next 12 months.
