Nominate someone for the 2017
Christi Anderson Personal Innovation Award

Last year at our conference we introduced The Christi Anderson Personal Innovation Award - a scholarship in honor of Christi Anderson, an IWL Board Member who left us too soon. Christi was passionate about helping other women in leadership and we honor Christi by awarding this scholarship every year to a woman who is looking to innovate herself, to be better and do better - just like Christi did, and who could benefit from the financial assistance to do so. What better way to honor a life than to affect change in another's?

If you know of someone you believe would benefit from this $2,500 scholarship and is someone of character with the same motivation of helping others and pursuing her dreams, please nominate them using this nomination form.

We will be taking nominations now through July 29th, 2016. The Christi Anderson Personal Innovation Award winner will be invited to attend our IWL Women's Leadership Conference on August 23, 2016 at the Indianapolis Marriott East and will be recognized on stage. For more information about the award please visit our website. Also hear from our 2015 Award Winner, Laura Apple, about what this scholarship means to her.

IWL Blog Highlight: Awesomeness Unlocked at the IWL Conference
by, Demetria Miles, Founder of Decide Diversity

A few months ago, I attended the Integrating Woman Leaders Conference as a scholarship recipient. The resounding theme of the conference was Readiness, Resilience, and Results. Usually, these recaps tell you the conference was amazing and if you missed it, you missed out. The same is true here, but it is important to highlight how I have taken the main points, thoughts, and ideas and implemented it in my own life to get the results I want. The issue with most conferences, workshops, or luncheons, is that we feel so inspired and ready to take action in the moment, but as soon as we leave the adrenaline wears off and we are nestled back in our routines. In order to combat this, I knew I needed to consciously take the direction from the speakers and apply it daily. Read More.

Meet Jessica Radloff!

Contest winner who will attend the Indy Conference on scholarship for participation in the W2RN research project!

I nterested in participating in the Working Women's Research Project (W2RN) survey? Take the survey HERE .  Our purpose is to create a research network to engage with working women and men who will serve as a panel for scientifically driven research studies addressing workplace diversity and inclusion. By participating you are helping to shed light on women''s leadership issues relevant to the state of Indian and the greater Midwest. The results from the study will aim to inform and create a lasting impact for women.
