Use this panel of experts to spark a real and honest conversation about gender issues at work, managing the expectations of others and moving up the corporate ladder regardless of gender, age, and race.
Day of Innovation is Indiana's only full day innovation event that brings together leaders and practitioners from all sectors and backgrounds. Connect with like-minded innovators for inspiring keynotes, hands-on workshops, presentations and networking. If you are interested in how to help yourself, your organization, and your state prosper, this is the event for you.
Join over 200 premier business leaders and diversity advocates at this annual conference. There will be a host of great informative speakers, seminars, workshops and networking opportunities on engaging diversity, inclusion and equality for business success. This year's theme is "Rethinking Diversity: Moving Towards Inclusivity."
At The Speakeasy, JCI will be hosting Let's Wine About It (LWAI), an evening of wine tasting combined with the presentation of sustainable community solutions projects. Up to 5 finalists will have the opportunity to present their "whine" - or their community problem - as well as their proposed solution to the problem. Event attendees will vote on the project they view as most deserving of a $5,000 grant to solve the identified issue.
This grant is available to any individual or organization that identifies a problem in the Indianapolis community and a sustainable way to help resolve that problem. Learn more with the link below.
For being a leader in development of women employees
We are excited to see when organizations want to keep learning. As a continuation of our conference, the Roche women's group got together and had a teach back of some of the lessons they learned and the sessions they attended at the IWL conference. Thanks to Roche for walking the walk and perpetuating the message of IWL!

IWL Recharged at the September
Networking Event
Work Life Balance + Wellness
Last Tuesday, we walked and talked at Holliday Park with DNK Presents to explore our personal wellness - body and mind. We discussed the need to find a balance as we try to do so much for work and our families, and we went
through various exercises in the areas of mindfulness, visualization, and active listening. We got active and took a hike together, practicing mindfulness and disconnecting completely from our technology.
This immersive experience had us feeling refreshed and motivated as we walked away with tools to use at home and at work to feel better every day!

We can't have gender-focused discussions without men in the room. We also can't achieve real change without a certain level of awareness. We will use this panel of experts to spark a real and honest conversation about gender issues at work, managing the expectations of others and moving up the corporate ladder regardless of gender, age, and race.
We are always looking to engage with passionate and motivated individuals who, like us, want to give back to our communities. Here are ways to get involved:
Volunteer at a conference
or event
Serve on a committee
Contribute to our blog
Sponsor or
Host a women's event at your organization
