IWL Brand You Leadership Series
Managing your life and your career is 100 percent your responsibility. You cannot be a passive bystander; you must be in control of what path you take. Do you know what you want out of your own life? Do you have a clear picture? Do you need help gaining that clarity? This workshop will help you uncover your full potential and challenge you beyond your perceived limits. Each session is designed for you. You drive the agenda. You tell us what's important and that's the direction we'll take.
IWL Brand You Leadership Series
This program will help you understand your own conflict style, sources of conflict in your life and prepare you to lead through conflict with increased confidence and competence. Topics include conflict triggers, understanding core needs in conflict, strategies for leading through conflict, building listening, inquiry and advocacy skills and conducting difficult conversations - all key elements to achieving conflict resolution.
The Leader as Coach
IWL Brand You Leadership Series
This program will explore coaching roles in regard to individual roles and teams. We will explore coaching models and approaches and dive into examples and case studies that bring to life the week-to-week challenges that require our commitment to developing others, and necessarily draw on our effective coaching skills.
