Anthony Klotz, Who Coined the Term "The Great Resignation," To Speak at ISU

Dr. Anthony Klotz of the University College of London, who predicted and coined the term “the Great Resignation,” will offer a free presentation to the public Wednesday, Feb.15 at the Stephens Performing Arts Center at Idaho State University. The talk, titled, “Leading through Uncertainty and Shaping the Future of Work,” begins at 7 p.m. and was made possible through a sponsorship from Lookout Credit Union. Klotz’s presentation is a part of the Idaho State University College of Business’s Bill Stratton Distinguished Scholar Research Seminar Series.

Nominations Due for Distinguished Faculty Awards

Time is running out to nominate faculty for the Distinguished Faculty Awards.   Distinguished Faculty Awards are given to honor dedication and achievements in Research, Service, and Teaching. We are seeking nominations for deserving faculty and urge students, staff, fellow faculty, and alumni to submit the nominations soon. The deadline is Friday, Feb. 10, at 5 p.m.

Idaho State to Induct Seven into Sports Hall of Fame

The Sports Hall of Fame Awards Brunch and Ceremony will take place on February 25 at 10 a.m. in the Wood River Room in the Pond Student Union and is free to attend. Please RSVP by emailing alumni@isu.edu or calling the Alumni Office at (208) 282-3755. Inductees will also be highlighted that evening at the men’s basketball game as the Bengals take on Eastern Washington in Reed Gym.
