Idaho State University Receives $1.5 million to Offer Scholarships, Increase Rural Mental Health Care
A $1.5 million investment from the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health will help Idaho State University increase the number of mental health providers in Idaho and improve access to health care in rural communities, through the creation of two new programs.

Spirit of Freedom Award Presented to Todd Johnson
On Veterans Day, Todd Johnson, Director of the Veterans Student Service Center, received the Spirit of Freedom Award from U.S. Senator Mike Crapo. The award was presented during Idaho State University's Veterans Day event by Farhana Hibbert, on behalf of Senator Crapo. Johnson was nominated by Bannock County Veteran Services Officer Melissa Hartman and a group of Idaho State student veterans.
