Live Streaming the Ikeda Forum

For the first time in our history, we will be offering a livestream of one of our events! Those unable to physically attend our upcoming Ikeda Forum, happening this Saturday the 27th at 2:00pm eastern time, will be able to view the event from our website, www.ikedacenter.org. Following the forum, a recording of the livestream will be available until mid-October.

We hope that you will join us for this timely discussion on the dignity of life!

Perspectives on Dignity

In a sense, all of our work at the Ikeda Center over the years has been intended to uphold and nurture dignity. Here are some great pieces from our website that shed light on this essential quality:

A brief essay explaining why we count respect for human dignity and reverence for the sanctity of life among our core convictions .

A message from Daisaku Ikeda celebrating dialogue as the best way to promote development of the greater self.

A talk by Dr. Pam Kircher about how hospice care is adding to human dignity during the most difficult of times.
