Jr. Youth Dying Ester Eggs and Easter Crafts April 15th-1-3pm
We are inviting all our kids in grades 1-6 to join us for an Easter craft day. We will be dying Easter eggs and we will also have other fun Easter crafts available. A light snack will be Provided.

Sr. Youth Climb Time Indy
April 30th-12-5pm
We will be taking our kids grades 7-12 to Climb Time Indy. Which is an indoor rock climbing gym. We will leave the Church at 12:00pm drive to Indy Climb for a couple hours and return to the Church about 5:00pm. All youth must have a signed permission slip to go.

Vacation Bible School
June 25th -30th - 6-8:30pm
Mark your calendars for a VBS like never before. You will not want to miss this trip through ancient Rome. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to bring friends. We will have many opportunities available for people to help in may different ways. If you are interested in helping please contact Amy Russell or Tari Seeger. More details to come.
 
VBS planning meeting will be held on April 10th at 6pm in the Parlor anyone interested in helping is encouraged to attend.

Victory Lane Homework Club


Meets every Monday and Wednesday from 4:30-5:30pm - Free Tutoring-Snacks-Quality Adult

The Missions and Activities Fair

  Learn more about the activities going on at Immanuel. Stop by the Missions and Activities' fair. Which will be taking place in Fellowship Hall between now and, April 9, Check out  the  displays. Talk with representative during the Sunday School hour on April 2nd.

Pizza Hut Fundraiser

  The E-Team is now selling the fundraiser cards they will be available on Sunday's and in the Church office from now until April 16th . All proceeds will go to OCWM . Please help support OCWM by purchasing a Pizza Hut card for just $10.00 each. This is a great fundraiser because $9.59 from each $10.00 card goes to OCWM.
 
Hearing Loop Coming Soon . . .

Immanuel will have a new Hearing Loop installed in early April, in time for Palm Sunday and Easter services. 
 
Hearing Loop training session:  
Apr 4 at 6 pm

 Dave, our installer, would be running the training that evening. In their words they "highly suggest inviting any hearing aid users/cochlear implant wearers, ushers/hospitality, church staff, audio/music people to the training." If this will work for us, they will be coordinating with a local audiologist to be there as well to answer any questions about t-coils using the loop system.

5K Run /walk April 8th at McCutcheon High School
8:00-9:00 AM, Registration and Check-in 
9:00-9:30 AM- Prayer and Balloon Release,
9:30 -5 K Run/Walk Begins,

Pancake Brunch

The Immanuel Pancake Brunch will be held on April 23rd 11:00am -1:00pm in fellowship hall. Tickets are $6.00 Adult,  $4.00 Children, 6-12, free for Children under 6. Proceeds benefit Emmaus House.
Sausage $550.00, Pancake Batter Ingredients $60.00, Syrup $40.00, Baked Apples $50.00, Advertising $100.00, Bevrages $25.00.

If you choose to give to help fund any of these items, make your donation to Immanuel with a memo stating where you would like to be applied. Look for signup sheets in the gathering space or contact church office if looking to help with our spring tradition!

  Follow the Fire: Lessons in Life and Leadership , a new book on Moses by Pastor TJ has just been released and is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble and other book outlets.  The book is a 40-day journey in the footsteps of Moses as he leads the people of God from bondage to freedom.

Join a Small Group!

Women's Group meets the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month from 7 to 9 pm in member homes. 5th Thursdays are social gatherings.  For any questions, contact Ruth Smith.

Young Adult/Student Group meets Thursdays at 7:30 pm at Vienna Cafe in West Lafayette. They are studying Wild at Heart. For questions, contact Brooke Flesher.

Saturday Morning Group meets every other Saturday at the Panera on Wabash Landing at 9 am. They will begin studying "To Live is Christ" by Beth Moore. For questions, contact Annie (765) 404-7354 or [email protected]

Women's Group meets the 2nd and 4th Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 pm in the Church Library beginning February 9. They will be studying Beth Moore's Entrusted, a 6-session study on 2 Timothy. For questions, contact Sylvia Bechtel.

Wednesday Eve Bible Study meets every Wednesday  at 6:30pm in the Church Library  led by Pastor TJ. They are currently studying the book of Acts with the theme of renewal. No meeting during Lent due to mid-week service.  Everyone welcome!

Book club

  April 11th- 6:00pm in the parlor, to discuss the mystery
Somebody I Used To Know by David Bell.  Nick Hansen sees a woman identical to his college girlfriend, who died 25 years earlier. The next morning she is found murdered, with Nick's name and address in her pocket.  Nick investigates both women's deaths uncovering twists and turns along the way.
 
Prayer Shawl Ministry

 Meets the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10-11:30am in the Parlor.Everyone welcome.

Baby Quilters
  Meet the 1st &3rd Monday's from 9:30-2:30 in the HOBO classroom to make quilts for local NICUs.

Hand Quilters
