These after work socials at Economic Alliance member local bars and restaurants. They occur on the first Wednesday of each month and serve as a way for young professionals to network with each other in a relaxing environment.

We’re curious: What do young professionals want to see happen in the Cedar Rapids area in the next 10 years? We’ll have sticky notes ready to go for you to share your thoughts on throughout the event.

Hear from Cedar Rapids Mayor Brad Hart at BigWig Lunch Talk Next Month

The goal of the BigWig Lunch Talks is to expose young professionals to seasoned professionals and inspirational leaders in the community over the lunch hour. BLTs happen four times annuall y. Each BLT features one seasoned community leader, who shares their unique leadership story.

This event is sure to fill fast. Registration is required for this event, if you do not register, we can not guaranty you will be provided with a lunch.
