, there will be a construction crew here marking off the areas of concrete to be cut for replacing the sewer lines from the kitchen and through the Great Hall. We will be left with two parking spaces, both west of the POD. One is for an office volunteer and the other for a bookshop volunteer.
On
Thursday, July 20th, there will be heavy equipment brought in to cut open the floors. It will be a hard hat zone only.
No staff or church members should enter the Church grounds from the alley until their work is finished and the construction tape and equipment is gone. No staff or church member should enter the Great Hall or Kitchen until their work is finished and the construction tape and equipment is gone.
Beginning tomorrow, please enter the Church offices, nursery and Cathedral through the double glass doors on Capitol Ave.
This is an exciting time and we look forward to the work being done and the beautification of our Cathedral space being complete.
