Chatham SBA Lending Initiative
Chatham Business Association was chosen and trained as an Affiliate Micro-lender by the City of Chicago Micro-lending Institute and will now be able to offer their business community microloans of up to $25,000.00. If you are a business owner who may have been turned down by a bank, you should come and learn more about the micro lending initiative. This is a bank supported, but not a bank-run initiative.

Construction on South Wabash Avenue
Construction on S. Wabash Avenue from E. 37th Street to E. 47th Street is scheduled to begin September 23rd, 2013. Temporary "No Parking" signs will be periodically installed as required for the removal and replacement of curb & gutter, sidewalk & ADA ramps, asphalt grinding, utility structure adjustments, asphalt replacement and striping. All work is scheduled to be completed by December 15th, 2013.
